Who We Are
At Credit Counsellor, we provide general information about debt solutions to individuals seeking support with their financial situation. Our role is to explain how our service works and, where appropriate, offer to introduce you to an FCA-authorised firm for a full advice assessment.
We aim to handle all enquiries in a professional and respectful manner. We understand that financial difficulties can arise for many reasons, including unexpected changes in circumstances.
We do not provide regulated debt advice. If you choose to be referred, any advice will be provided by an authorised firm following a full review of your circumstances.
Any personal information you provide will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Imagine not having to worry about:
- Bailiffs taking recovery action
- Missing out on family day out and holidays.
- Paying interest and not being left with anything at the end of the month.
- Buying things which you always wanted to.
- Spending quality time with children due to working overtime to keep creditors happy.
- Cards being declined at the till.
- Demanding creditors with phone calls and collection visits.
- Being able to cover bills and emergency costs which could arise.
- Being able to borrow money from lenders without being rejected.
Complete our online form to provide some basic information about your financial situation. A member of our team will contact you to explain how our service works and discuss your enquiry.
We provide general information only and do not offer regulated debt advice. If appropriate, and with your consent, we may introduce you to one of our FCA-authorised associate firms for a full advice assessment.
Debt solutions have eligibility criteria and may not be suitable for everyone. Fees may apply depending on the solution you choose, and these will be clearly explained by the service provider before you decide whether to proceed. In some cases, fees may be incorporated into agreed monthly payments.
There is no obligation to enter into any arrangement.
